Lemmer Voomerten

Director representing NWK Limited

Lemmer is an engineer and manager. He was privileged to be involved in management positions from an early age. He enjoys the chance to help employees grow and to improve their talents in the interest of both the company and the employee. He has been  involved in the inception and building of various new businesses as well as the strategic planning for growth and expansions. He likes to be involved in projects to achieve strategic goals and to be part of new challenges.

Lemmer is currently the CEO & Design engineer for Verboten Systems cc. He holds a Bachelors in Engineering (Electron) from the University of Pretoria.

Pierre Lombard

Pierre Lombard

Pierre holds the overall responsibility for the operations of the company.

He is tasked with driving forward the strategic plan and implementation for the business. Heading the company’s goals of increased diversification, improved efficiencies and sound financial peformance. Ensuring that the company policies
and procedures are appropriate and followed. Pierre holds his BSc (Agric) Honours from South Africa.

Muna holds numerous directorships in Zambia, including that of chairman of Lafarge Cement Zambia Plc and CEC Zambia Plc. He is currently the chief executive officer of African Life Financial Services Zambia Limited (AfLIfe). He has more than 22 years’ experience in the financial services sector and joined Meridian Bank Zambia Limited in 1986, set up Anglo American Corporation (Anglo) Financial Services division in 1992 and rose to the position of head of corporate services. Anglo divested from non-mining business (including financial services) in 2000 and Muna assumed his current position in AfLife from then on. He is the immediate past chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zambia and previously served as the president of the Economics Association of Zambia. He serves on the boards of various private and listed companies, some of which include Lafarge Cement Zambia Plc (chairman), Southern Sun Ridgeway Limited Lusaka, Sinyuka Property Development and Management.

He holds an MBA from Stirling University in Scotland and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Zambia.
